Toughened glass

Crystal glass
It is cast in a refractory mold by glass beads. The glass beads are mainly made of silica and other additives, and are melted and crystallized by flame after being mixed. Its appearance is smooth and has a variety of formats of filament mesh or imitation natural stone ornaments. It has good strength, chemical stability and atmospheric corrosion resistance.
Mirror glass, also known as polished glass, is made of flat glass after polishing.
It is divided into single-sided polishing and double-sided polishing. The surface is smooth and glossy. The transmittance is greater than 84%, and the thickness is 4-6mm.
Hot bending glass
The original glass is formed in the mold after being heated in the hot bending furnace. Two pieces of hot bending glass can be further compounded into hot bending laminated glass.
Glass brick, also known as extra-thick glass, has two kinds of hollow and solid.

Hollow glass
Hollow glass is composed of two or more layers of ordinary flat glass. Laminated glass

Because this adhesive material has good impact resistance and bonding performance, when the glass is broken by impact, due to the bonding effect of the PVB film between the two pieces of ordinary glass, it will not produce sharp fragments like ordinary glass after breaking. The use of laminated glass can not only isolate the 1000 ~ 2000 hertz of the matching noise that can penetrate ordinary glass, but also block more than 99% of ultraviolet rays and absorb the heat in the infrared spectrum.
Float glass
The process of float production is completed in the tin tank which is connected to the protective gas. The molten glass flows continuously into the pool kiln and floats on the surface of the relatively dense tin liquid. Under the action of gravity and surface tension, the glass liquid is spread out and flattened on the surface of the tin liquid, forming the upper and lower surfaces smooth, hardening and cooling, and then is guided to the transition roller table. The rollers of the roller table rotate, and the glass belt is pulled out of the tin tank into the annealing kiln.
