Frame material cutting: Use double-head sawing machines and other equipment to cut aluminum profiles according to size requirements. This process requires attention to the calibration of measuring tools to ensure the accuracy of the cutting size. For the 45-degree angle frame cutting, the angle error must also be checked.


Frame material process hole and groove milling: including the milling of the center column of the casement frame, the milling of the tenon, and the milling of the sliding frame. In this step, it is necessary to ensure that the center column and the corner seam of the outer frame are tightly engaged, and the length of the milling of the sliding drainage hole should be appropriate and accurately matched to avoid the situation of wrong milling and reverse milling, and there should be no scratches and scratches.


Sash material process hole and groove milling: For sliding doors and window sashes, it is necessary to ensure that the hook light milling mouth is square and the left and right margins are consistent, the pulley adjustment hole is correct and the hole distance from the edge of the profile is consistent on the left and right, and the door lock hole height meets the standard; the lock hole height and position of the casement door and window also have corresponding requirements; if the casement window frame needs to be milled, its length and direction must also be correct.


Milling of the middle section of the frame material: ensure that the length of the middle section milling is appropriate so that there is no swelling or shrinking when the end is connected to the 45-degree outer frame.


Cutting of frame and sash corners: The width of the corner should be slightly smaller than the inner wall of the profile. It is necessary to check whether the corner and the profile match at any time, and the cross section of the corner should be at right angles, with a smooth surface and no burrs.


Frame and sash corner assembly process: elastic mechanical connection or glue injection angle assembly process can be used to ensure that the joint mortise and tenon are firmly connected, well sealed, and there are no leakage points.


Frame hardware assembly: install hardware such as pull tabs according to the specified position and spacing.


Sash hardware assembly: correctly install the pulleys, limit cards and other hardware of the push-pull sash to ensure that the sliding support of the casement sash is accurately positioned, the screws are not missing, and the sealing strips are firmly bonded and positioned correctly.


Glass sash assembly: Paste glass labels, use glass pads and dotted adhesive strips to position the glass, ensure that the magnesium grid strips are evenly overlapped around the edges, then apply glue, and trim the excess glue.


Door and window quality inspection: Check the quality of material processing, including the appearance, the fineness of the corner assembly, the corner code injection treatment, the quality of the glass divider, etc.

In addition, there may be some auxiliary production lines, such as aluminum processing equipment, insulating glass equipment and other production lines, which are used to produce related supporting products or pre-process materials.
